Who are we?

SOS Aventures offers fun and interactive escape games with now two locations: Saint-Jérôme et Québec City. Whether trying to escape from evil witches or searching for a pirate’s treasure, the aventures presented are unique and original and will challenge the brightest minds. Our constant effort and our rigorous customer service has been rewarded with the public’s Zénith Coup de Coeur award in 2018.

With friends, family or colleagues, an escape game is a great activity for anyone who loves puzzles, mysteries and exciting discoveries. Our Game Masters guide players through the storyline and rules. Our adventures are designed for all age groups, it does not require special skills to solve the mysteries in our adventures. You simply need to be creative and curious!

Saint-Jérôme

Game master
The game master has the following tasks:

  • Welcoming the adventurers
  • Taking payments
  • Answer questions
  • Look after the adventurers to make sure their experience runs smoothly before, during and after the adventure.
  • Participate in the daily tasks relate to the maintenance of the store.
  • Ensure the safety of the grounds for employees and adventurers.

We are looking for part-time game masters during the school period (5-15h) with flexible availability (CÉGEP/UNIVERSITY schedules). Weekday availability is an asset. The schedule varies depending on availability. The successful candidate(s) must be available full-time for the summer period.

Start date : Immediately

Salary : 12,50$ upon hiring, increase every three months depending on performance.

Assistant Manager
The role of the assistant manager is to support the manager in his mission to offer the best possible customer experience to all SOS Aventures customers within three aspects:

  • The adventures
  • Presentation of the store
  • The quality of the game masters

On a daily basis, the assistant manager will perform all tasks related to the store while ensuring the overall operation. The assistant manager will have the authority to ensure compliance with his mandate and support the manager in his duties.

The assistant manager may be required to actively participate in internal projects for the development of the company. He can use the skills he possesses and share them with the organization.

The ideal candidate should :

  • Be available to work day, evening and week-end shifts
  • Have at least one (1) year of experience in employee management.
  • Have at least two (2) years of experience in customer service.
  • Have a strong sense of organization
  • Have a knowledge of escape rooms is an asset.

  • The adventures
  • Presentation of the store

On a daily basis, the manager will perform all the tanks of the store while ensuring the overall operation. The manager will have the authority to ensure compliance with his mandate and coach successors.

The opportunities and the autonomy of the manager are very high. The manager has the possibility to actively participates in the development of the company by creating projects with the administration. The manager will report directly to the president and may be required to support him in certain tasks.

This is an evolving position whose boundaries can not be fully definded, the possibilités are great.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Be available to work day, evening and week-end shifts.
  • Have at least two (2) years of experience in employee management.
  • Have at least three (3) years of experience in customer service.
  • Have a strong sense of organization
  • Have a knowledge of escape rooms is an asset.

Salary : annual bonus according to the candidate’s experience. A mobile phone is provided by the company.
