You must arrive 15 minutes before the start of your adventure.

Your group will not be mixed with other players. The adventure is reserved for your group only.

If you wish to reserve an adventure in competition mode, you must reserve room A and room B of the same adventure.

Payment is made in store upon arrival. You can pay cash, debit or credit (Visa and Mastercard).

Anniversary, second adventure and second chance discounts are applied when paying in-store.

Time slots are available up to 50 days in advance. It is possible to book multiple time slots in one booking.

We recommend a ratio of one adult per two children (8-11 years) to ensure good progress throughout the game.

A minimum of at least one player aged 16 and over must be present during the adventure.
